West Coast IPA Based on the classic West Coast IPA grist of 2 row & crystal malt and enhanced with small amounts of maris otter and honey malts, this richly hoppy IPA is bittered with warrior and CTZ hops. Our brewer then threw a “whole lotta” amarillo hops in both the kettle and fermenter. Dank, resinous and full of complex flavors, this is definitely a hop head’s beer! 7.9%abv 111 IBUs
