Springhouse Lager This is our original lager. It was the runner up in the judges’ choice category of the brew fest in conjunction with the 8th Street Jazz Festival, Fall 2011. This is a light tasting, refreshing lager with a hint of sweetness and a subtle hop flavor.
Weekend Warrior Pale Ale This is our light-bodied pale ale created for the entry level craft beer enthusiast. It was designed around the warrior hops used throughout the boil. With every sip you will taste a smooth blend of malt and subtle hop flavors. Dry Fly Pale Ale This is our medium bodied pale ale with a deep amber color designed to create a balanced blend of malt and hop flavors. Its floral aroma and moderate levels of hops lends itself to be enjoyed again and again.
Opening Day IPA Named after the best fishing day of the year, this IPA has a nice, gentle bitterness that fills your mouth, but doesn't over power the malt. It finishes with wonderful citrus and grapefruit flavor, and were proud to share it with you. It is light-bodied, so each sip makes you thirsty for more.
Line Breaker Double IPA This is the strong one...the fighter that got away. This double IPA was brewed with a much larger grain bill in order to significantly increase the alcohol content. We were able to achieve our goal while still maintaining the balance of malt and hops that our beers are becoming known for.
Brown Trout Stout This dark beer is our personal twist on a classic Irish Stout. Named after the brown trout which is native to the Snitz Creek, this beer is extremely smooth and easy to drink, with hints of cocoa, caramel, and roasted barley. This one is quickly becoming a crowd favorite.
Woolybugger Black IPA This specialty IPA used a blend of roasted and dark malts to achieve a very dark stout-like color while using floral and citrus hops to create the aroma of an IPA.
Pumpkin This festive ale will be a seasonal beer available in the fall. By using real pumpkin, and a blend of spices we have been able to create a full bodied beer with a color that combines orange and amber.
Octoberfest This seasonal beer was created with Munich malt and Bavarian Noble hops to stay true to its German heritage. This smooth beer is deep amber in color to provide the look and taste of a true Octoberfest beer.
Apple Wheat This wheat beer focuses on the heritage of the Snitz Creek name. Snitz is derived from the Pennsylvania Dutch word meaning apple. This wheat beer is subtle and smooth, and has a wonderful apple flavor in every sip.
